Terrible service, refused to resolve issue noted on due bill when I purchased the car. The extent of time out into resolving the issue was a maintenance person pushing a button 3 times and telling me I hav bill when I purchased the car. Our suv was taken in to be looked at had only 75000 miles and yet we were told that the engine was toast and needed to be replaced. We had already replaced all the brake system in the car just a few months b and yet we were told that the engine was toast and needed to be replaced. Also staff tried to blame it on my husband but we regularly maintain our vehicles so not even sure why the oil was bad which caused engine problems. One day my vehicle is fine next engine comes on next it needs a new engine. We took it in two days after check engine light came on. Made me put in who we worked with. Not sure what their name was so I just choose a person. It may or may not have been who hubby worked with. More
