Just to give you some background of my experience. I was originally purchasing a car from Perkins Motor Plex - Madison, Tennessee -2417 GALLATIN PIKE MADISON, TN 37115. The salesman Grant and staff at Perkins lied to me repeatedly. It was by far the worse service I have ever experienced with buying a car. The customer service and staff was awful at Perkins Motor Plex. The service was a complete disaster and nightmare. I was already skeptical walking through the door at Nelson Mazda in Cool Springs. Ty, the team, and staff at Nelson Mazda is one of the best representations of quality 5 star customer services. My experience was amazing from start to finish. I wasn’t haggled, no pressure, quality cars in top notch condition. They truly stand behind their brand which is above and beyond what is expected. I was definitely wowed by the entire staff. I would recommend everyone to come support this dealership and buy from them. The salesman Ty was outstanding. He was very pleasant, friendly, caring, genuine, professional, informative, and compassionate. He truly is phenomenal person. He gave me outstanding customer service. More

As I told them, I work third shift so I needed to be expeditious as possible and I had worked the night before and had to work that night. It was a 2.5 hour drive and they made it well worth it. The staff was professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs and made the process and sell as seamless as I have ever seen at any dealer. They had the sale and the whole process done in less than 2.5 hours. I was very pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this dealership to anyone within driving distance. More

Everyone that I dealt with was over-the-top in customer service, honesty, and at no time did I feel pressured and irritated by their approach.
