Great Car Buying Experience This is my first Mazda purchase and it was honestly a pleasure (who can say that about car buying, right?). After visiting Mazda, Honda, and Nissan, t This is my first Mazda purchase and it was honestly a pleasure (who can say that about car buying, right?). After visiting Mazda, Honda, and Nissan, the Mazda difference was extremely evident. The staff at Mazda are quite knowledgeable about their vehicles and in my experience, were quick to find answers to questions they didn't know. They allowed me to test drive the CX-5 twice with each test drive lasting 20 minutes through surface roads, winding country roads, and the main highway. Other than in the finance room, which was a little overwhelming, I didn't feel like anyone was trying to hustle for my business. I left and came back a few times and they allowed me to leave without making me feel like I was losing "the best deal ever" and welcomed me back each time with recognition of who I was and what I had been looking at. Chad and Cody were the salespeople we worked with and they were wonderful with the whole process, including the negotiations. Thank you very much for the great experience! More
