However, the Nelson Mazda Cool Springs Team really flipped those preconceived notions on their heads - from making contact originally and speaking with Lisa, to the shopping process with Cody, and finally closing with Matt in financial - I felt like I was surrounded by people who really wanted to work with me. They didn't pressure me into a package or addition I didn't need or want, and I felt like they cared and had my back. This is where to go if you want superb customer service backing a superior product. More

I tend to ask a lot of questions and am cautious on how I approach financing, and they understood where I was coming from and were accommodating. People in general (customers and employees) looked relaxed and happy. Would recommend them to anyone, because based on my experience, I believe they're on top of individualized customer service. I was shopping with a teenager...asked her what she liked about the experience and she said she was thankful for the water and they had great TV shows going. More

They were very understanding and accepting of my timeline during the purchasing process. They really worked as a team to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted with terms and payments that I was comfortable with. Even the test drive was different than any lot that I've been to. Amazing experience!! My wife and I visited almost every car dealership in Nashville and Franklin. The sales people were absolutely horrible to deal with. I was almost to the point I was just going to ride the bus everyday. However, when we met Alyssa and spoke with her about needs and wants. She truly cared about our purchasing decision. She took the time to work with us and really gave us knowledgeable information about the vehicles. She did not start out the first question like how much money do you have. Like all the other dealerships I dealt with did. She is a true expert at her job. She is really good with people. As a matter of fact my 5 and 7 year old children told me that when they grow up they want to buy a car from Alyssa. Trust me don't shop anywhere else for a vehicle. She is awesome. Everyone we worked with from the General Manager (Manuel) to Matt in finance was excellent to work with. The best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had in our entire lives. Having had a less than satsifactory experience at Mini of Nashville made my experience at Nelson Mazda even more notable! Lots of car dealerships may say they're all about customer service, but I found Nelson Mazda really "walked the talk"! Ty Johnson was my Product Specialist, as I think they call them -- he was low-key, ready to answer any questions (or find out the answer). I had some numbers I needed/wanted to meet, and he and the dealership made it happen. While not without its hiccups (the car/colour I was told I'd have became unavailable), the whole process was the smoothest I've ever experienced. I was amazed at the lack of high-pressure tactics and their willingness to "make it right." I am looking forward to developing a continuing relationship with this dealership. The car (I've had it a day and a half now) is FANTASTIC, and there was even a woman waiting for her car while I was trying to make up my mind, and she gave them a glowing endorsement! I was made to feel welcome from the minute I walked in the door -- a far cry from the Mini of Nashville experience! More
