I had researched the car online, but didn't think I could swing financing till Christmas when I get a bonus. Anyway, Justin suggested we take a test drive, which was the best. He was very knowledgeable about the Mazda3. The back roads of Franklin are also great for a car made for curves. Back at the dealership, Justin proposed we look at the financial picture. As it turned out, my credit score & trade-in allowed me to get a great deal & early Christmas present. Cody in finance was also efficient in getting through the paperwork quickly, but without feeling too rushed. Thumbs up all around ! More

Jana took a lot of time and patience with us and explained our options - the result? We drove out of the lot with a 2015 Mazda 5 with half the mileage we had on our old car and a lower monthly payment! Jana was amazing - she was warm, friendly, extremely knowledgeable. She understood what we wanted I think before we even did! She was incredibly patient with all of our questions and was so helpful. We also met Patrick, the manager, who made a point of coming over to introduce himself to us. We also got to work with Cody Schomber, who was also very amiable and knowledgeable. He helped us pick the right plan we needed to maintain our vehicle and still kept us UNDER budget! We felt like the whole visit was about making sure we were happy; not about sales quotas. Jana and Cody are rock stars. We are extremely happy with our vehicle! And our kids were beside themselves when we surprised them with it!! Thank you, Jana and Cody! More

Thought I new what I wanted till I experienced the Mazda. We came to Nelson Mazda looking at a MKX that was not on campus when we arrived but would be there the next morning. Alex set an appointment to view the car the next morning but asked if we would like to look while we were there. He asked all the right questions about our wants and needs and then began to show us cars that fit our desires. It was a no pressure, information packed review of three of Mazda's SUVs that were not on my radar. I was impressed but wanted to see the MKX the next morning. After driving the MKX I then drove the Mazda CX-9 SUV. The knowledge that Alex shared about the Mazda line and the CX-9 in particular changed our minds. We have made several road trips and are amazed with our car. If you have not looked at the new Mazda's now would be a good time. Alexander Hendrickson who I saw as a salesperson the first night, became a friend that walked us through the car buying experience. Experience car buying with no pressure and loads of information at Nelson's Mazda. Thanks also to Cody Schomber for all the help in the financial side, Great experience. More

Quick, easy end to a long shopping ordeal Having spent many weeks car-shopping, feeling like I'd had several near-disasters + saw several desirable cars slip away, my wife and I walked into Ne Having spent many weeks car-shopping, feeling like I'd had several near-disasters + saw several desirable cars slip away, my wife and I walked into Nelson Mazda for an unannounced test drive. Ty Johnson greeted us, smoothly accepted our request, and ID'd the car we had targeted. We were on the road within a few minutes, driving Nelson Mazda's well-selected loop through city, country and freeway conditions. Alas, we found the modestly used CX-5 Sport to be underequipped. But we did not leave emptyhanded. Manager Patrick Robertson volunteered that a 2006 CX-5 Touring, recently traded in, was in clean-up stage and might be what we were looking for. In our online shopping efforts, we would have overlooked this car, but it was perfect. I had a categorical bias against cars painted white, but this one came with lots of black trim that made the whole thing look elegant. The CX-5 Touring was a step up in quality and equipment. We ended up exceeding our intended budget without concern, because we believed in the value we received for the extra money. After looking at many options, this one felt like the right car - and it had to before we would ever buy. Ty Johnson helped us find the right car, not just something, anything in inventory. That's very rare in this business. Some people like to negotiate and dicker on price. We want to see a fair deal and will walk away if we're not impressed. This was an impressive sales experience.
