He went over everything that needed to be repaired and how long it would take. I also was given a rental vehicle at no cost to use overnight. The Mechanic (Caleb) was nice enough to talk with me about the repairs and also did a few extras, like put my new headlight bulbs in and went over some things that I tried to fix myself. He was very knowledgeable in his skills. I will certainly return to my Mazda Dealer every year to keep my vehicle running smoothly. Thank You so much :) More

Best experience ever, even in the rain Nelson Mazda is an old friend. We purchased a yellow Mazda 6 years ago and I drove the wheels off of it. Now we were trading n my Inifiniti Q50. So Nelson Mazda is an old friend. We purchased a yellow Mazda 6 years ago and I drove the wheels off of it. Now we were trading n my Inifiniti Q50. Sounds strange, I know, but the Infifniti dealership in Franklin, TN took 4 hours to do an oil change, lost the key fob to my car and made me miss an appointment with my CPA to review and complete the last taxes for my dead father and dead brother. You could say they chased me right out of the Inifiniti and back to Mazda. The Nelson Mazda dealership and our salesman Ronald, answered all the questions that my husband and I had. Ronald was patient and he had a superior knowledge of the Mazda 3 Grand Touring that we were interested in. The trade in value we got for the Q50 was a little disappointing, b ut financing made up for it with a truly superior deal. These guys are fabulous and I love them!!! More
First Time Customer, Permanent Customer I was looking to buy a good reliable car. I'm not particularly picky and this was clear, but the sales rep I was doing business with was thorough and I was looking to buy a good reliable car. I'm not particularly picky and this was clear, but the sales rep I was doing business with was thorough and thoughtful. I found a car online that I liked, came in and asked about it and they were completely honest with me, telling me the car was in terrible shape. Though disappointed by that fact, My sales rep Cassie and the manager Patrick suggested a better alternative. Cassie took note of my budget and the kind of car I was looking for. She turned my attention to several other car options that in the end I liked better than what I was initially there for. Matt in finance was extremely kind and thoughtful with the different financial options I might take. That being said, I never felt forced into any decision with any employee that I was working with. The only issue I had with the dealership was waiting for a few minutes while the paperwork was drawn up, but the problem was so minuscule because I knew I was eager to leave my old broken car behind, and they were without a doubt working hard to give me the best possible deal. I left with a car that I liked better and ran far more smoothly. Of course, with my budget in mind, the car had some complications; but, the dealership replaced parts and fixed it up with no extra cost. Honesty and true care for the customer are the qualities I appreciate the most out of any business, and that's exactly what I got. More

Honestly, I didn't get that sense of "being taken" here, like they were just trying to squeeze me out of every dime they could. I genuinely liked working with Ty Johnson, Matt Ryan, and Patrick Robertson; they were extremely nice and efficient. I just really appreciated the way they took care of me. I would absolutely buy from them again! More

Today we decided to trade our 2015 Kia Optima in on a like new pre-owned 2016 Mazda 3 and got a great deal. Needless to say we are a Mazda family since we now own four of them! The CX-5 and 3 look great parked next to the two classic RX-7's. Lots of thanks from us to Ty, Matt, and the crew for another great experience. It will be a happy new year for sure. More
