We had considered replacing my car previously and knew we wanted to be in a Mazda CX-9. We loved that the second row moves forward and that you don't have to take car seats out for people to access the third row. Justin was our sales person; he listened intently to what we wanted, needed and why. He anticipated things that we hadn't thought of and took us on multiple test drives. Generally speaking our family keeps our cars until they are no longer reliable. The only reason we were looking at trading my car in was because we needed the space. We were very aware of where we wanted to be in terms of price point. We came in initially in March and didn't find the right car at the right price that allowed us the comfort of the monthly payment we were wanting and needing. As such, Justin and Patrick, the sales manager we dealt with never pressured us or made us feel like we had to make a decision immediately. It truly felt like we had allies at the dealership and that they wanted to help us. Their consistent patience, kindness and attention to providing us with excellent service was unwavering and didn't go unnoticed or unappreciated. Justin said many times, "It has to be right for you." while Patrick was steadfast in his search for the right car and situation and assured us on multiple occasions that they were "going to find us the right car." We can honestly say that this is the first time we have left a car buying experience 100% satisfied with our purchase, not stressed out and feeling very well taken care of. I can't speak highly enough of our experience, satisfaction and excellent service we received. More

At the cool springs Mazda dealership the service department has continued to blow me away with the knowledgeable staff and the friendliness At the same time. Hard to get both. I can't remember the service guys name in particular that I'm thinking of but keep doing what you guys are doing. More

After visiting numerous dealers, including the investigation of new Jeep Grand Cherokees, we finally made the decision to go with the 2017 Maxda CX-5. Our sales person, Shea, was incredibly patient and helpful, as we ebbed and flowed between not only models of the Touring and Grand Touring, but also varied trim packages and colors. She was always able to find what we were looking for, communicated promptly and effectively, and was not icky like most sales-people in trying to unnecessarily pressure us. She took us on multiple drives of different autos, including the CX-3, and was informative in sharing similarities and differences of the vehicles, and ultimately, we bought a car from her. I had an injury that prohibited our being "in shop" for long, and she even helped us with all of the paperwork via email, so that we could spend less time "finishing the deal" at the dealer. We love our CX-5 and are thankful for the management team and Shea for their guidance along the way! More
