Fantastic first car buying experience! I did almost all my research prior to arriving at the dealership in the hopes of making the whole process easier. I knew exactly what I wanted to test drive, and Levi was extremely accommodating in every way. Since I was mostly interested in the test drive, he made sure to take me on a route that covered all kinds of driving conditions, and showed me all the relevant features of the car. I honestly couldn't have expected a more useful experience, all questions answered and no over-the-top sales pitch. Though the process was still far from short from beginning to end, I didn't feel it was drawn out or unnecessary. I hope I don't need to go back anytime soon, but I'm confident that it would be a great experience again! More

I was trying to narrow my car choices from multiple models, and although I love my new car, it was Ty's approach that made me come back to the Mazda. Let's face it ladies, salesmen often treat us poorly and (my experience) I find their condescension appalling. Ty was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all features of Mazdas, he is patient and kind - just an all-around good person. I never felt that horrid high-pressure push, and the same was true through the paper signing extravaganza that comes with a new purchase. Again, I dreaded shopping for a new car, and Ty proved all of the negative stereotypes completely false. Thanks for all your help Ty and Nelson Mazda! More
