Thet went above and beyond to try and fix my car, but it could'nt be fixed. The only way to find if the car would work was to start replacing parts at a cost. Excellent service…after purchasing a used Honda the air compressor went out 6 days after I bought. Took it back and found out what the problem was. Requested AC diagnostic - $135. Drained all my refrigerant to do the diagnostic but didn't bother to put any back in when completed. Drove 40 miles with no AC in 90 degree weather. Also did not re refrigerant to do the diagnostic but didn't bother to put any back in when completed. Drove 40 miles with no AC in 90 degree weather. Also did not replace my low side and high side AC caps. I had to call the dealership and they told me to come back and pick them up. I told them no - mail them to me. They mailed me some caps but they were not mine and they did not fit properly. Told me my condenser had impact damage and it it would be $1200 to replace. Took my car to another auto repair shop - bad expansion valve. Total cost - $248. Cools great now. I will never use this dealership again. Total rip off. More
