Rude and dishonest Called and originally spoke to Darren about a 2016 Outback. He spoke to sales manager named Issacs who said it wasn't ready. Darren assured me he would call me two days later to let me know status and take a payment of $500 to hold the vehicle. He did not call so I made a call to the dealership and spoke with Bethany who also spoke to Mr Issacs and stated he said it would not be ready for two weeks. Again she swore to call me as soon as it was able to be sold and promised it would not be sold without me having the opportunity to hold it. I once again called the dealership 4 days later to check the status of the car and was abruptly told it was sold. I asked to speak to Mr Issacs to inquire what happened to cause them not to fulfill their twice made promise and ask why he misled me and two sales reps. He arrogantly cut me off and said " It sold! what the xxxx you want me to do about it?" I called to speak to someone at Huffman Headquarters and finally got someone who stated they would seek answers and call me back the necxt day. No surprise, they didn't call. Rude Liars all the way around! PATHETIC!!!!!!!!! More

Failure to communicate correct prices of services performed Brouight my 1995 Subaru Legacy in for a basic oil change and a alignment check. I was told 33.00 for oil change on phone and when I brought the car in Brouight my 1995 Subaru Legacy in for a basic oil change and a alignment check. I was told 33.00 for oil change on phone and when I brought the car in. I also had a7.50 off coupon which was presented at service write up. Somehow when they finished my car the oil change cost 36.00. The advisor said he gave me the the 7.50 off but he didn't he charged me a oil change price for a newer vehicle that takes synthetic. They have lost my business! they seem to be clueless on what to charge on oil changes on older vehicles. Second time this has happened ridiculous! They act like they don't prefer to service older subarus.I guess I should buy a new one so they can know the correct price to charge! More

Randy and Dave expertly explained the features and made car buying a pleasure. Both Randy and Dave understood that I would be the primary driver and while being courteous to me and my husband, directed most of their attention to me (a woman), unlike other dealerships that haven't grasped equality in the marketplace. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I had previously contacted Darren on line so he had set me up for success. Terry and Tiny were amazing. I left that day with my new Subaru Forester. Fantastic customer service and dealership! My husband and I were desperate for a new car. We had done a lot of research into what type of vehicle we wanted and came down to a Subaru Outback as My husband and I were desperate for a new car. We had done a lot of research into what type of vehicle we wanted and came down to a Subaru Outback as our number 1 pick. We visited a lot of other dealerships before traveling to Neil Huffman's but are incredibly glad we ended there. Our sales rep, Leilani, was beyond amazing. She offered us the best car buying experience either of us had ever had. Once we told her what we were looking for she immediately got us test driving cars that suited our requirements. We ended up driving our new vehicle off the lot that night (Leilani as well as a few others stayed late to help make sure we could leave that day with a new car). Throughout the entire experience Leilani was professional, warm, courteous and fun. We cannot say enough how amazing she is and how great our new Outback is. 10 of 10 would DEFINITELY recommend and have already done so. More

They answered all of my questions and made me feel 100% comfortable and confident in the investment of a new vehicle. Everyone I worked with was very plesent and welcoming from the minute I stepped in the door, until the moment I drove off the lot. I highly recommend working with the Huffman auto groups. More
