A simple word of advice....get everything in writing and anything owed, no matter how small....just as a spare key from a previous owner on the "we owe" sheet. Randy was happy to email me a quote. Their first quote was essentially their final/lowest quote with some minor negotiations. I picked car I wanted from their web site. That was awesome. Their web site has pics of each car in stock including 10-20 pics of front/back/interior so you can really see all the car. Picked a specific car, they quoted, I shopped the price around and that was about it. Took wife in to look at car and make sure she approved, then we finalized the deal. I was in and out of dealership in about an hour. Painless and got best price. Dale did the delivery of new car (Mazda 3 5 door SkyActiv) and spent extra time with me - even missing an important event with his family to make sure I was taken care of, which made us feel a little guilty. There was another guy there who was supposed to help us with the return of our leased Honda who got kinda weird on us when we simply wanted a receipt from him stating we had turned the car and keys over to him for delivery to their Honda dealership. Dale recognized the other guy (a mananger?) was just being plain weird and unhelpful in a strange way so Dale signed a statement for us AND personally drove my Honda over to their other dealership some 40 minutes away. Dale is a hero in our eyes. Ask for Dale give him your business he is a good guy. Really. More

After walking off the lot at a competitors dealership in the middle of Louisville, we drove well across town to Neil Huffman Mazda in search of our new Mazda. We met Randy Sims almost immediately after we got out of the car - a very friendly and knowledgeable guy. While we were there to look and test drive the Mazda6 - in our discussions as to what we were looking for, Randy mentioned the MazdaSpeed 3 as another car that might fit our description of our needs and wants. Although I had seen the Mazda 3 and pretty much counted it out, when he showed us the MazdaSpeed 3 and allowed me to take it for a test drive - it was amazing! A bit smaller than the Mazda6, but roomy enough, I ended up falling in love with the MS3, and we inked the deal on the car within an hour or so after arriving on the lot. When we returned the next day to pick the car up, it was meticulously cleaned and prepped, Randy showed us nearly every button, knob and light, even pre-programmed our cellphones to work with the bluetooth that came with the car. And it came with a full tank of gas too!!!!! I have never received such great service and actually ENJOYED the entire experience. I usually dread going to look at or buy a car but this dealership was very friendly, easy to work with and I will be telling everyone. It's a bit further to drive- but beats the heck out of that mazda dealer across from the big mall in St Matthews area of Louisville... (better not say their name as I have already been threatened with legal action for my posts on facebook about my bad experience on their site)! More
