Despite the conversations that we had, both over the phone and via text, that dealer decided to try to pull the wool over my eyes with a bunch of hidden up-sells when I finally made it down there. It was horrible to see a month of hard work go to waste. Thankfully, Neil Huffman was there to do more than just save the day. Within 36 hours, I was able to meet with the wonderful Chris Jackson and Ms. Sherri who were able to help me locate an identical vehicle, offer me a better deal than the other dealership, gave me a seamless time in their financial office, AND even threw in the big, red bow for my car along with a surprise gift with purchase! As a younger female, there is nothing one tends to dread more than the car buying experience and it was scary enough for me that I wouldn't have my dad in the office with me during purchase.
