There were none available in our city so we started looking in surrounding cities. We came across one at Neil Huffman Honda in Frankfort and immediately reached out. We had the pleasure of working with John Ballback, who was so kind, pleasant and never pushy. We had to bring our 2 small children with us, who became extremely restless. But the entire staff there was amazing and helpful. They played games with the kids and never once seemed annoyed by the screaming 2 year old! This is by far the best dealership I have ever been to! We cannot thank them enough! And we absolutely LOVE our new truck! More

Terrible and arrogant people all around I bought a 2016 Honda Accord this January. I am told to rent a car in Indiana and drive to Frankfort, KY and they will reimburse the rental cost. So I I bought a 2016 Honda Accord this January. I am told to rent a car in Indiana and drive to Frankfort, KY and they will reimburse the rental cost. So I did it and bought the new accord and drove home. But in the following three month, I kept calling them about the reimbursement. Initially, they just ignore me, later on, I said I will hold the phone call, and they told me they will mail the check to me right away, but I did not receive anything. It is not about money (only $100). the attitude from top to bottom is just rude and arrogant. More
