I drove over an hour and a half from Indiana to buy from Neil Huffman after finding a CR-V in a c Manager. Bought a new 2019 CR-V for a great price. I drove over an hour and a half from Indiana to buy from Neil Huffman after finding a CR-V in a color we wanted and they still had in the 2019 model and they didn't try to upsell me on the 2020 models they had and were very professional and courteous. A stark contrast to the dealership I had talked to locally who I wouldn't even send my mother in law to!!! Thank you Patrick and Mark for working with me to make a deal on price and purchase and thank you Cindy for the speedy and easy paperwork process and also to the young man who got the CR-V ready for me to drive off the lot and back to Indiana. 2020 CR-V XL purchase My initial contact with the sales rep, Morgan Terry was through an internet search, he promptly followed up with a phone call to find out my needs & w My initial contact with the sales rep, Morgan Terry was through an internet search, he promptly followed up with a phone call to find out my needs & what vehicle I was interested in. Most of our communications prior to going to test drive a CRV were done via email, text, & phone calls. I had purchased my previous CR-V from this dealership in 2014 as well as having it primarily serviced there. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we were not allowed into the dealership upon arriving for a test drive, however, both vehicles were ready for the test drive upon arrival. When our test drive was complete, I had to call Morgan from outside to give him my decision & wait for him to bring the paperwork out to our car for signatures. While I am aware of the necessary COVID restrictions, I felt this process was somewhat impersonal as opposed to sitting inside the dealership going over the sales process with our rep. Perhaps, some outdoor seating while maintaining the required social distancing would have made the process more personal & professional. We were allowed into the service bay to sign all the financial paperwork & to complete our transaction. Our sales rep & finance manager were nearby to answer any questions. Morgan assured me he would be available via phone or email to answer any specific questions about the cars features & how to use them. More
