Repair/service on my 1997 Honda Accord SE. There was an oil leak plus it was due 90,000 mile service. The service reps were very courteous and explained the work that needed to be done. I purchased my Honda CRV 7 years ago from Jeff Wyler Honda of Frankfort seven years ago. I am still very pleased with my car. The service department is excellent. I've purchased several new cars in different communities over my lifetime and Jeff Wyler Honda is the best both in sales and service for me. You are always treated with respect.. They are very thorough, friendly, and professional. I drive 30plus miles just to use them for all my service. The time is well spent. More
Will was excellent. Not pushy at all. Will made the experience easy & straightforward. The *only* nicks against this experience, and the reason why it's not "all 5s" is because it actually took a while for me to be helped by a salesperson. I walked onto the lot and started poking around, and nobody approached to help. Then I walked into the showroom and still didn't get any help. Finally a guy asked me if I had been helped -- I said no -- and he looked kinda frazzled and said somebody would be with me in a bit. It took about 10 minutes at that point. So it was literally about 25 minutes before I was finally helped. And from there it was great...Will is the best. Just saying, it took a while for me to get helped. I guess they were short staffed that day. Not a big deal, just mentioning it because that's what these reviews are for, right? I bought a 2012 Odyssey EX-L and I love it! More

I have a 2008 Honda Civic. I took it to the dealer because of a coolant leak. The dealer checked and found a cracked block but thankfully this was covered by Honda. Zero response to email and phone complaint about service. Written complaint to GM prompted a phone message from Service Manager. We emailed back with questions, but no response. Transmission failed at 109K in our CRV; our records show they simply "checked" rather than changing transmission fluid as needed. Until this happened we had trusted this dealership. They are either dishonest or incredibly bad at customer service, or both. More
Overall, I had a great experience with Jeff Wyler Honda of Frankfort. They were very helpful! I had found the car online, and live about 3 hours away from Frankfort, and Aaron Davis was wonderful! He contacted me immediately after emailing online about the vehicle I had requested information on. He also was very friendly and had great customer service, keeping his word every step of the way. He said he would call on certain days and times, and never once let me down! I drove 3 hours up to Franfort to view the used Civic, and it was everything expected. No "faulty surprises" or errors with the car other than stated! I appreciate the honest answers and exceptional customer service and would be glad to do business again!
