I went to Jeff Wyler's Honda dealership to compare the Honda Pilot to the Toyota 4-Runner I was driving, and the Toyota Highlander I was thinking about purchasing. Brent Tackett was my initial contac the Honda Pilot to the Toyota 4-Runner I was driving, and the Toyota Highlander I was thinking about purchasing. Brent Tackett was my initial contact and he was both pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I considered both the Toyota and Honda models and over about ten days or so, went back and forth between the two dealerships as my schedule permitted, to compare the two. There was no hustle or pressure. Brent made the effort to understood what I considered significant in a vehicle, and was helpful in my assessment of my choice. The purchasing/negotiation part went easily and I am more than satisfied with both the vehicle itself and the reasonableness of the price I paid for it. The information our salesman Gary Fordon, provided on the Honda CRV, as well as the test drive of the car was thorough. The Honda team appeared to work together ensuring the paperwork was completed efficiently, car was prepared to be driven away (tank filled, car shined up ...) as well as our salesman, Gary, taking the time to set the bluetooth with my cell phone and car, which I appreciated as well as going through the car to pointed out information I should know right away (e.g. lights, wipers ...).
