This is the first vehicle I've ever purchased primarily via the internet. Brent Tackett was my salesman. However, they have since changed owners and locations. This was the easiest transaction I've ever had when buying a car. No one pressured me on anything. They were very matter-of-fact, which I appreciate, and we mutually came to a great deal. I can't recommend Brent highly enough, and I would definitely do business with him again. More
I called the Frankfort location about a used vehicle at another location. The salesman I spoke to acted like it would be no problem to get the vehicle moved. During our conversation he kept wanting my information to run a credit check which I wasn't comfortable with, before seeing the vehicle in person. I stopped by the lot after work to discuss the vehicle I had called about. I told them I was in the market for a SUV. They showed me two other options, I test drove one. After the test drive I told them I wasn't interested in the vehicle and wanted to talk about the vehicle I called about. They tried every way to talk me out of the original reason I was there. I then asked about the warranty on the vehicle I wanted transferred and the salesperson told me it didn't have a warranty. I pointed out the picture with the warranty sticker and the description of the warranty online. He told me that was wrong and there wasn't a warranty. The manager then told me it was a mistake and he would call the other lot and tell them to remove the sticker. After they had wasted about thirty minutes of my time I left. I then got in the car and called the lot with the car to ask about the car. Everything seemed great and the guy said he would drive it down for me to drive. He told me he would call me back with more information. When I got the call back the vehicle had been sold. The vehicle hadn't been sold, they didn't want to deal with the warranty. A company should stand behind it's product and warranty, mistake or not. They shouldn't try to pressure me into another vehicle that I told them clearly I did not want. I will never shop at one of these locations again. More

Despite this, Will Hancock and the management more than made up for that and helped us purchase the vehicle we wanted at a great price. I in buying. This was our 5th Honda purchase from Jeff Wyler Honda of Frankfort. We have never had a bad experience dealing with Jeff Wyler sales or service. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees.
