We brought our 2011 Honda Odyssey in for routine service. Asked for oil change and tire rotation. We found out we had a bad CV axle and this was replaced under warranty. Went to pick van up and upon driving Asked for oil change and tire rotation. We found out we had a bad CV axle and this was replaced under warranty. Went to pick van up and upon driving home I noticed the oil change sticker had not been changed and the oil percentage indicator had not been reset. My husband checked the oil as well as the fluids and found that none if the fluids had been topped off and the oil, although clean, was on the lowest end if the fill stick. We brought the vehicle back and dropped it back off. We were called by the service manager, Jeff Ramsey. He said the oil had been changed and that it was full. We told him there isn't any way it was full because we had just checked it ourselves. We asked why fluids hadn't been topped off as well. He essentially called my husband a liar by saying the oil was full. He offered a free oil change to smooth things over. We did not accept. We will not be going back to this location. More
My experience was very pleasureable. BrentTackett corresponded with me by phone and email and knew exactly what I wanted before I got to the dealership. He had picked out a couple of vehicles that h corresponded with me by phone and email and knew exactly what I wanted before I got to the dealership. He had picked out a couple of vehicles that he thought I would like, one used Honda CRV and one new Honda CRV. The new Honda was exactly what I wanted without giving up any of my "Must Haves". He was pleasant, knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted, did his research on what the dealership had available, and levied no pressure during the buying process. I walked away with everything I wanted in less time than expected and I love my 2014 Honda CRV!!!! Thanks Jeff Wyler Honda! More

I will return even though it is 50 plus miles from my home. Very much worth the trip. More

This is my second car from Jeff wyler and Tony Lewis. Tony is a very great sales person. The last car that I got from them was on 10/26/13 and I asked that everything be ready to go when I got there. In praise of service at this dealership! We bought our white Honda Odyssey new in 2003 from Jeff Wyler in Frankfort and have used them for service since then as they have always been refreshingly honest a white Honda Odyssey new in 2003 from Jeff Wyler in Frankfort and have used them for service since then as they have always been refreshingly honest and professional. The vehicle has performed wonderfully and all that was needed in eleven years was a new battery, new front brake pads and tire replacement due to age. Now, at 59,000 miles and so many years, it was time to replace the timing belt. This was completed today and we want to thank Chett Earnhart the Service Consultant and Carl Birkhead the Certified Technician. For some time there was a rattle on rough roads and during this service Chett and Carl really worked hard to locate the source. This they did, and fixed the problem by tightening several bolts that were a few turns loose on subframe, suspension and steering rack. Now the annoying clunks and rattles have gone and we look forward to enjoying the Odyssey for many more years. It is a pleasure to receive such friendly and competent service and Chett and Carl are a credit to the dealership! More
