From an Odyssey to a an Odyssey! We traded in a 2006 Odyssey for a 2014 Odyssey EXL. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the personal attention we received from Tony Lewis, the second time we worked with him for the purchase of a new Honda. Each time our handling was superb, with a friendly and no pressure attitude which we never experienced before in all the years we have purchased new cars from dealers. If we are greeted with a high pressure attitude, we turn around and walk out to find a new dealer. Tony was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted from our informative conversation. He is like a mind reader and senses very well what ones mind is settled on buying.. When we say we do not want to sit there and argue price, he comes up with the ideal offers for both the new car and the trade in value for the old car. one price, one time and we shake hands on the deal. I've done research on old and new cars before we go shopping so I know what to expect. All the paperwork was professionally presented in a timely manner and the deal was consummated without a hitch. The service department is well staffed and eager to help with all my questions. They are true experts and if they don't know the answer, they don't give up, they go find the answer from a more knowledgeable mechanic. Our purchase of a new Odyssey, which we passionately love, was consummated in a timely and superlative manner. My wife was most pleased with all the personnel at Wyler's Honda, because they made eye contact with her and answered her questions as well. Many times before, in other dealerships, the salesmen only spoke directly with me and didn't pay attention to my wife. Note so at Wyler's of Frankfort, Good Show, Well Done! Bob Kendall More

Purchase of Honda Fit from Frankfort Dealership Like many people today, I purchase almost everything online. When I found the car I wanted (Honda Fit), it turned out to be in Frankfort, KY. I priced Like many people today, I purchase almost everything online. When I found the car I wanted (Honda Fit), it turned out to be in Frankfort, KY. I priced this car, knew what to expect with its add-ons, and contacted the dealership. My initial emails were with Olga, who was polite, informative, and gave me a reasonable price on the vehicle. Olga was not available when I was to visit the car, so she made sure I had information from Tony. Same type of treatment from Tony. In fact, Tony understood that I was in the middle of closing on my house (and therefore could not open a credit line with Honda in the next two weeks). With a small down payment, Tony kept my car safe. I went in the day after my home closing, and the process was pretty clean. We love our Honda Fit and thank the staff there for our excellent treatment! More
I hadn't really intended to buy a new car. I was at the dealership for service on my 2003 Honda Accord EXL. While I was waiting for it, I was approached by Tony Lewis, salesman. He asked me several q the dealership for service on my 2003 Honda Accord EXL. While I was waiting for it, I was approached by Tony Lewis, salesman. He asked me several questions that zeroed in on the type of vehicle I would want if I was buying, what color, etc., and the advantages of trading in my car at this time and not waiting for it to go over 90,000 miles. He showed me a 2014 Accord EXL in the color I wanted and we went on a test drive. Obviously the car is a winner. I spent several hours talking with Tony and working on an offer for the new car. We went back and forth on the offer, not coming to an agreement. I left the dealership without making a deal. Over the weekend, I received 3 emails from various people from the dealership. On Monday, I returned to the dealership and made another offer, between my original offer and their last offer. Again, we dickered and finally came to an agreement. We briefly discussed various extended maintenance and service contracts. When I talked with the financial manager to sign the contracts, we discussed the extended maintenance and service contracts in much more detail. I had several questions and left with the idea that I could decide on them at a much later date without any adverse consequences. However, when I went back to the dealership 2 days later to have some accessories added to the 2014 Honda, I found out that unless buying the maintenance and service contracts at time of purchase of the car, I would pay up to $1000 more for them based on the car being used rather than new. After asking many more questions about these contracts, I decided to purchase them rather than waiting in order to save the $1000. Had I not asked more questions about the contracts, I wouldn't have known that I would have to pay much more money for them. I was told the financial manager was new. His inexperience could have cost me $1000, or Honda the sale of the contracts. Though this was a long process, I felt I had a very profitable and pleasant experience with all the Honda employees I worked with (minus the confusion and misinformation about the service/maintenance contracts). Tony Lewis was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, spending all the time necessary to answer my questions and trying to meet my needs. More
Always great service. Have both of our Hondas serviced here and bought them here. Regular oil change service today but they do a list of check points which we love to let us know what may be needed in the here and bought them here. Mr. David Keim, Service Consultant, has always treated me fairly. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done and why the service is needed. There are no surprises and the service work is always completed in a professional manner. You can trust your car, after the work is completed. I purchased a new 2001 Honda Accord. The first time the vehicle was in the shop, the service manager, Rob Herbert, noticed a scratch on the console. He immediately had the part replaced. The attention to detail and customer service has remained the consistent over the years. Excellent! More
