The nice surprise was everyone else from managers, service desk, mechanics, and cashier are top notch as well. I left realizing even the cashier had me smiling and I usually don't do that when I pay a bill. Attention to detail on my 95 model was the same as my 2011 model. I would definitely return to this dealer - lots of inventory and easy to deal with. A friend of mine told me years ago that if the dealer agrees with your price, you paid too much, but in this case I think our agreed to price was fair and one that we agreed to easily and without the old-fashioned dealer games. Buying a used Honda I had a pleasant buying experience; my overall experience is just so-so though. This is the first large dealership that I have ever bought a car from I had a pleasant buying experience; my overall experience is just so-so though. This is the first large dealership that I have ever bought a car from. It was prettly low pressure. Madison in sales really worked with me to get the price on the 2006 Honda that I wanted and to get my payments where they needed to be. Madison is friendly and professional. I did have one mishap. The car was leaking oil badly the first night I got it home. I took it back as soon as they opened the next day, and Chett in the Service Dept. fixed it right away and compensated me with a certificate for a free oil change with filter. It no longer leaks oil. I was told that there wasn't a significant oil loss. Oh, and I had to re-sign some paperwork too that day; I was given the wrong forms the day I bought the car. Also, I am still waiting on my Wal-Mart gift card (for test driving a vehicle). It's been 12 weeks. I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks. It's just the priciple of it. More

Each person involved in this transaction was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Blake Pertuset is an excellent salesman -- charming and honest! First time I ever hugged a car salesman in my life! Even fellow salesman, Brandon Elliott, had good things to say about his friend and co-worker, Blake. That, to me, says a lot about the teamwork present at Honda of Frankfort! The Honda Fit is an excellent automobile. It's extremely fun to drive, has many features found in larger sedans and is very fuel-efficient. So far we are averaging 40 mpg! The great safety rating on the Fit helped us seal the deal, too. I highly recommend Jeff Wyler Honda of Frankfort!! More
