I received three emails asking me to come to the dealership to test drive a car that I inquired about online. I said that the price was $1000 more than I was willing to pay. Then the manager asked if I would buy the car if it was $1000 less. When I got there the car was not on the lot yet! We sat down to discuss numbers on the vehicle that I wanted. I inquired about the vehicle being $1000 less than the asking price. The same manager said that he would not take off $1000 off the asking price. I left without buying a car. The GM emailed me and asked if my visit was satisfactory and how he could earn my business. I emailed him back and explained what had happened and told him how he could earn my business. He did not return my email. I called him. He did not return my call. As I stated Neil Huffman Honda is a very unprofessional car dealership! More

Just stopped by this morning after my shift to look at a used truck they had just listed for sale 3 days before. I told her and she tells me that she thinks the truck is going to the auction because of maintenance issues but she will go check. She comes back and tells me that the truck is going to auction. I ask what's wrong with it. She tells me that it has a bad drive shaft and it's not safe to sell it to me. Now I have heard some whopper's in my time but a 1995 Ford F350 4WD with a bad drive shaft being "unsafe" to sell is certainly a contender for top slot. Then she just looks at me, doesn't offer to sell me anything else or even ask what else I might consider. I had the cash burning a hole in my pocket but if that's not good enough. Well all I can say is I will tender my apologies for not going home and dressing up for the opportunity to spend my money in their business. More

My sales person, Luke, was very patient with me, answering all my questions and demonstrating how the vehicle operated as well as all the different features. He even made a follow-up call the day after I made the purchase. Eric did a very thorough job explaining all of the options available for financing and all of the extended warranties available. He was very gracious and helpful when I called a few days later with some additional questions. I was pleased with the overall sales experience. On a scale of 1 to 10, you were all an 11! More
