Do NOT be persuaded to buy Gap insurance from Neil Huffman Honda in Clarksville when making a purchase. We were told if we cancelled our gap insurance before 2 years, we would get a prorated refund of Huffman Honda in Clarksville when making a purchase. We were told if we cancelled our gap insurance before 2 years, we would get a prorated refund of our gap premium. We made the purchase of a new Honda Ridgeline in Jan 2022 and paid over $700 additional for gap insurance. We called both the gap insurance company and Neil Huffman on Nov 8, 2023 ( well before the 2 year deadline) and cancelled coverage. We were advised our refund would be over $500. 4 months later we have not received the refund despite bi- weekly calls and emails to Duncan and Eric in the finance department and Dave Grover the general manager. Both the insurance company and Neil Huffman confirm the cancellation snd the refund amount. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT purchase from this dealership. They will not return phone calls or emails to us to resolve this simple matter. This does not convince us they would handle any other issue any differently. The dealership has the refund $, but will not refund them to us as promised. More
Oil change and tire rotation was quick and staff was friendly. However, the day after I got service, the tire pressure warning light came on and the vehicle doesn’t tell you the tire pressure for any of friendly. So I had to check the pressure on all 4 tires myself and they were all low and I filled them to the appropriate level. I have my own air compressor in the trunk, but that really should have been done during the oil change/tire rotation. They also wanted me to get transmission and brake fluid service that they recommend every 3 years or so. They said they didn’t know the last time it was done and I should get a carfax report to see if the previous owner had gotten it done recently. I don’t understand why they can’t check the service records or the carfax they pulled when they sold me the vehicle instead of making me purchase a carfax report. The splash shield under the car was also missing. I purchased the vehicle used so I’m not sure how that happened. I just would have thought that’s something the dealer would have checked before selling the car to someone else. They wanted $600 to replace it which is way too much for a splash shield, so I’m going to have to do that myself. I regret purchasing this vehicle from Neil Huffman Honda. They got me very upside down on my loan and the salesman fast talked me when I bought it and I should have listened to my gut. This was a mistake that I’ll have to live with and learn from. More
Purchased a used truck that came with a multiple issues that were not disclosed. A month in and the truck has been at a ford dealership for going on 2 weeks now with a transmission issue. Truck has a power train warranty through Neil Huffman but I was told unless I paid to tow the truck to their dealership they would not help me out at all. I live 3 hours away in TN. The dealership even went as far to accuse me of attempting to scam them out of money after I sent them the bill from the Ford dealership in my hometown like they requested. I am now $1,800 in and still don’t have a working car a month after I bought it. Unusual from a self proclaimed “Christ oriented dealership”. Overall very disappointed in this dealership. I would recommend against purchasing any vehicles from Neil Huffman Honda. More
This place is the absolute worst. The service department is a absolute disgrace. Tell you everything is covered under warranty then call you back an hour later and say sorry we find The service department is a absolute disgrace. Hope everyone avoids this place so they won't be screwed like I was. More

Duncan in Finance even went as far as to threaten me. I was aggravated that I was mislead and had wasted 40 minutes to come here and him refuse to help me. He said “you aren’t going to be aggravated with me, I am an ex-Marine and will handle it that way”. More
