Have been impressed with the service staff and quality of service every time. This place is my place for my car. After 3 years owning my car, I started thinking about trading in for a new Honda. Also I had just received a letter in the mail telling me how much Neil Huffman needed my trade. So I go in. Met by a salesman who informs me my mailing was from a 3rd party and he had not seen this mailer. I take a test drive and await a price difference for a possible trade and purchase. The Sales manager finally delivers a price and it was so outrageously high that I knew I was not being taken seriously as a buyer. I am sure it was because I brought this flyer in instead of just walking in. After expressing I thought price was too high, I left because there was no attempt to negotiate. I was not taken seriously and still have a bad taste in my mouth. So, to those thinking about responding to a marketing letter supposedly from Neil Huffman but apparently from a 3rd party marketer, don't waste your time. You will have trouble in securing a new car for a fair price because they think your there only for a free oil change. More
