We had a bad experience buying our first car and didn't want to make the same mistake twice. Just thinking about buying another car made me extremely nervous. I lost my dad over a year ago and he was our go to for anything car related and I felt lost without him. As silly as it sounds, my wife told me to pray about it and pray to my dad to show me a sign. Well, after much research we finally decided to go to Neil Huffman Honda and look at a Kia Forte that we fell in love with. The salesman that I talked to on the phone was busy, so they paired us with Carl Logsdon. And let me tell you, that was my sign right there. He reminded me so much of my dad and is just a wonderful person. He took us on a test drive and sat in the back seat. He didn't throw out any crazy sales pitches, he answered all of our questions and was very honest. The car drove like a dream and he let me drive as much as I wanted to. The car was so friggin clean. It wasn't a brand new car but it sure looks that way. The payments were below what we wanted to pay. AND we get 4 free oil changes and so much more. It was just such a wonderful experience and we will definitely be going there in the future. Thank you again Carl and Neil Huffman Honda! More
Exhausting I found a 2017 minivan online and contacted the dealership. Found out it was at a different location so they were going to get it to a closer location I found a 2017 minivan online and contacted the dealership. Found out it was at a different location so they were going to get it to a closer location for me. After a week I finally got the call it was there. I went to test drive it and liked it but it had a few issues. I went to bank and got pre approval, went back to purchase and waited for an hour and 15 minutes to do the financing. Finally was told were we’re about 50 minutes out to start the finance. It was 7:00 and we had our 5 kids with us and they had not had supper. We asked if we could drive van home and finish up next morning. Well, that wasn’t allowed so we ended up getting in our van and leaving. The van had 1600 more miles on it than stated and several little issues that needed fixed and we were told price was as is and they would not fix any issues with the van. I reluctantly went back Saturday and they did agree to fix the minor issues but nothing on price. Overall I’m happy with my purchase, but not letting me drive the van home to return next morning with a 2,8,10,13 and 17 year old waiting to eat dinner was a little ridiculous. I mean come on...they have my license, insurance and all paperwork to finish the financial part as I already had approval from my bank. I guess they thought I would steal the van. Carl was wonderful, but will probably take my business elsewhere which is unfortunate because my son is ready for a new car. By the way...Carl is the one that was very good and he was not there the evening we left but was the next morning and when in the finance department Eric was fast and very nice! I just believe that they should have blended a little on driveling the van home instead of unloading the kids and bags just to return the next morning. I drove a van from John Jones and the told me to drive it a day or two. More

It could have been a bit more quicker given that we negotiated the price in advance via email and filled out the paperwork for financing. But it was around Christmas time , and it is a busy time, so i understand. The pictures on the website for the vehicle i picked showed some accessories that were not on the vehicle. We were a bit disappointed but the staff apologized. I am glad i double-checked, triple checked the availability, tires, color, price and accessories i wanted before we made the trip. Our sales person was Peggy Cundiff and she was professional, caring and respectful. She helped me drop off the rental car at the airport. Micah Wiggins and Charles Osborne were good. The information about the technology in the vehicle and the training to customer could have been better. It could have been orgnized better by the dealer, but oh well. This dealership is awesome because in my research their pricing for the CRVs was the best. They have very low dealership fees/doc fees. I don't have my tag etc yet as i drove from out of state but i think the staff handled it well. Overall good experience. More
Won’t admit to their fault.. LIARS! I bought a brand new 2018 Accord from the Clarksville dealer.. Clarksville ruined my interior with eckbond. In bad faith, they told me the eckbond didn’t have a smell/odor seeing it isn’t a chemical. I asked them will this treatment take away my new car smell, and or will this leave a smell behind? They said absolutely not! They said It will still smell new and look the same. LIE LIE LIE. Completely smells like chemicals inside my car and the new car smell is completely gone. they did a decent job of spraying the outside of the car with the coating so no real complaints there. When I asked to speak with the manager he was condescending, insulted me, and wouldn’t accept responsibility for the smell. He said I did it. I hadn’t even gotten in the car yet, I only opened the door. That’s when the smell hit me in the face like a sack of hammers. They won’t stand behind their fault and won’t correct it. They said they’ll take apart my venting system and see what I may have ran over... I hadn’t even driven the car since they eckbonded it. I asked, well if that’s the case.. do your employees drive customer cars around? He said no. Then I said eliminate that possibility and tell me what you’ve done. He wouldn’t take responsibility. How does my car smell new when I drop it off and when I open the door to pick it up, smell like a warehouse that creates products with ammonia? How would I have anything to do with that when They were the last that had my car.?? DO NOT BUY FROM THESE UNTRUSTWORTHY LYING CROOKS. I’m very unhappy with my purchase, as I once was extremely happy to drive this car. I loved it, but now I’m stuck with it.. stuck driving a new car that feels like someone else Owned before me... plus there was white (what looked like salt from the winter months, as isn’t winter yet..) all over the doors and seats. It’s an understatement to say I’m very very very mad and unsatisfied.. 35k for what now feels like a used car? Yea... I’m sure you would feel that way as well. So in short, they don’t stand behind their products that they sell in bad faith, won’t accept responsibility for damage, and forget who you are when you have a problem. Hope these car buying apps put this branch out of business. Ruined my new car experience in less than a month and they don’t care because I’ve already given them 35k... crooks More

The only quote that came close to the research prices was from Kameron Huffman at Neil Huffman Honda in Clarksville, In. I met Yusel Esparza at Neil Huffman Honda in southern In. to look at two 2018 ridgelines. He went over the different features and prices on each truck and the benefits.... and road tested the one my wife and I wanted. Yusel walked us through the paperwork making the purchase simple and easy. I found Yusel, Kameron and Eric to be honest, very helpful and knowledgeable. This was probably the best experience we've ever had in dealing with a dealership. If you live in the Louisville, Ky area the drive to southern Indiana will be worth your time and effort. Don't waste your time at the Honda dealership off Bunsen Pkwy. in east Louisville. I made an appointment to meet a salesman who wasn't there ...the prices are really high and the dealer fees were ridiculous. More

WHAT? That’s not right When I called to schedule my service appointment I told them I wanted an oil change and a tire rotation WITH balance. The confirmation they sent me was oil change and tire rotation only. When I dropped the car off I told them again when I wanted. The guy that checked me in told me they do not rotate AND balance tires unless I did an alignment as well, for an additional fee. The car does not need an alignment. It just had a tire off balance from losing a weight. He wanted $40 for a rotate and balance and around $140 for an alignment. Told him to forget it, oil change only. Went to Big O and paid $35 for a rotate AND balance with free alignment check. As I suspected, one tire lost a weight and the alignment was fine. And I could have done the oil change at Big O and saved a trip. Will keep that in my nd next time I need a service on my car. Other than this, the service center has always been helpful to me. They get you in and out fast and don’t waste your whole day. Not sure if I will use them again, will depend on what I need. More
