I told her thanks for a good job, because I forget every time. Once my truck was ready the service manager walked to the waiting room and got me and escorted me to the cashier and he told me that young lady will take care of me from here. The staff was very friendly, and appreciated my business. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars on the quality of work is based on the clean up job performed on delivery. It was raining the day I bought the car, and my wife had to return to the dealership to have the vehicle detailed. There were plastic shipping films left over the majority of badging areas of the interior and shifter area when the vehicle was returned to her. Tags were left on a seat and water spots had dried on the windows. No big deal, but I just can't rate that area perfectly. I would have brought those items up to my sales person if I had brought the vehicle back for the delivery cleaning. I have no doubt he would have corrected the concerns. Taking that into consideration, it should say something about the other areas receiving 5 stars. Super friendly staff. More
