It sucked Because after leaving my car all day to change one tire that the spare was not replaced. Then after being at work since 3:30 am I had to bring my car Because after leaving my car all day to change one tire that the spare was not replaced. Then after being at work since 3:30 am I had to bring my car back at 1:30 pm to watch 3 mechanics put it in properly. I owned that dealership I would be embarrassed for one of my best customers and my dealership. It was an utter disgrace More

Excellent service work Ralph originally scheduled F150 in for diagnosis which was camera was going on and off. Usually fine , but this visit took way too long. Was told my request for an oil change and inspection would take an hour and twenty minutes. I couldn't find my r , but this visit took way too long. Was told my request for an oil change and inspection would take an hour and twenty minutes. I couldn't find my registration and insurance cards (had taken them out to buy another vehicle just the day before), so didn't even get the inspection done. Yet the oil change still took 2 hours. The people there greet me by name, take my car at the scheduled t This trip was just like every other trip I've had to Nazareth Ford's service center. The people there greet me by name, take my car at the scheduled time, and perform the required service quickly and efficiently. You have a good idea of the cost up front, and if they find anything that might become an issue, they let you know. I've been with Nazareth Ford for over 20 years, and I've never had an issue with their quality of work. The entire staff is friendly and makes sure your wait while your car is being serviced is comfortable and relaxing. I make use of the wifi lounge to get work done while I'm waiting, and definitely take advantage of the cookies they offer. More
