recall/extended warranty My vehicle was in for additional work of clutch assembly, due to the original recall. My understanding was it was going to be covered by the recall, My vehicle was in for additional work of clutch assembly, due to the original recall. My understanding was it was going to be covered by the recall, however it fell under the extended warranty I purchased. It needed to be done regardless, due to how poor it was operating, so the $100 was worth it. I initially set up the appointment with Ralph and was offered a loaner, however I declined because it normally is done in one day. Unfortunately they were busier than expected and it was not ready at the end of the day. I spoke to Bob who was now handling the service and explained the situation. He told me the vehicle should be ready to go the next day by late morning. To my surprise he called me by 9AM the next day that it was ready! Overall it all worked out with minimal interruptions. More

Always Spot On Service Took my son's Edge in with front driveline vibration. I thought CVJ problem... turned out that the front wheel was coming loose. A quick lube Joint had rotated the tires for my son on a quick service visit. The mechanic failed to properly torque up the lug nuts which started coming loose as he was going down the road. Wheel and studs had to be replaced - which Bob Hauser in service took care of inside of 2 business days. One more reason I prefer the professional service at Naz Ford! Never a problem from their workmanship! More
