Horrible service My car has been to the dealership 5 times for the same problem. I just picked my car up and it has to go back. They never fixed the problem they told My car has been to the dealership 5 times for the same problem. I just picked my car up and it has to go back. They never fixed the problem they told me one thing and did the complete opposite. I'm so fed up with the dealership. I have officially contacted my lawyer and they are being sued. More

Exactly what was needed Went in for an oil change and inspection. Everything was quick and they kept me in the loop. They made sure I understood what I was being charged. I was told 150 for the oil change and inspection but ended up being 125 which I won’t complain More

2003 T-Bird Called Ralph Nittoli about an oil change and install an ABS Brake Sensor Cable. Ralph scheduled me in the very next day. I waited for the car! As I Called Ralph Nittoli about an oil change and install an ABS Brake Sensor Cable. Ralph scheduled me in the very next day. I waited for the car! As I was waiting, service informed me that the right rear wheel studs were stripping out. They removed them and replaced them with new. I was very thankful this situation was discovered and corrected. I have a lot of confidence in the service at Nazareth Ford. I personally feel Ralph Nittoli has always given me the best service advice each and every time I have an appointment. More
