Fast Lube I am giving my experience a rating of poor because my vehicle was in for an 8:30 am appointment and wasn't completed until noon but only after I cal I am giving my experience a rating of poor because my vehicle was in for an 8:30 am appointment and wasn't completed until noon but only after I called. The appointment was for the advertised special of an oil change along with tire rotation and checking of the other fluids. When asked if I was going to wait, I said no because when making the appointment, I was told it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. I mentioned the time period of 1.5 hours again in the morning. Since I had an appointment, I should have had the vehicle back within the allotted time. I called at 11:00 am to make sure it was finished. The service department said they thought they could have it for the day. They never even attempted to start the service on the car. Please note for future customers - just because I wasn't waiting in your waiting room for the vehicle doesn't mean I was leaving the car for the day. I ran other errands and was coming back for it. Furthermore, I never said you could have the vehicle for the day. Why would I have made an appointment in the first place? Hopefully in the future, there will be better communication with your customers. More
