Excellent Experience I have been a customer of (Brown Daub) Nazareth Ford for many years (that alone says a lot) and once again had a pleasant experience purchasing my new I have been a customer of (Brown Daub) Nazareth Ford for many years (that alone says a lot) and once again had a pleasant experience purchasing my new Expedition. As always, everyone I dealt with was extremely nice. Gerald was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, even though it was a redesigned model that had just arrived on the lot that day. He took his time and was very patient as he went over everything with me at delivery. Mike was very helpful and made the financing process smooth and easy. Overall, it was a stress free and excellent experience. I would highly recommend Nazareth Ford and will return there when I am ready for my next vehicle. More

I was able to schedule an appointment im My car was recently out of inspection. I called the service department @Nazareth Ford to make an appointment. I was able to schedule an appointment immediately that fit my schedule. I was in and out in very good time. The waiting area was very nice and the beverage center was a nice touch early in the morning. All of the staff was very friendly and great to deal with. I would definitely recommend Nazareth Ford. Poor experience at a terrible dealership! Worse experience ever! Terrible sale people who are scam artists, incompetent service dept & awful business in general! My in-laws had done business w/ the Daubs when they were there. I was hoping for the same positive experience. I was completely wrong! I had sales people provide wrong information on the vehicle and poor car service. After reading of some of the negative reviews on service, Im suspicious about what has been done or not been done to my vehicle when it has been serviced. Seems like they conjure up many things and knick knacks when the vehicle is in the back being toyed with. I dont appreciate being ripped off due to their salesman making mistakes which cost me financially. Just b/c sales is down, don't scam us who regret purchasing a vehicle from your dealership off.
