Poor detailing of my vehicle My wife got my truck detailed for my birthday and while it was a nice gesture the detail jib was not. It looked like a basic wash and vacuum job. The center console, dash, door jams and door sills had not been touched. The outside had water marks from where water ran down from the mirrors and windows. Overall not good. Dealership refunded the $180 paid and told me they have a third party company do the work. More

Took my 20 year old Excu So, another year of dealing with Nazareth Ford Service Department... and another year of their professional service delivery. Took my 20 year old Excursion (Limited, 7.3L diesel) in for service, shocks, windshield and inspection. Price was right - service impeccable - everything executed as promised. We have newer Fords but this is my baby! At almost 218,000 miles, the fact that my behemoth SUV runs like new is due to their careful and thorough service throughout the years. I will continue with them to keep our vehicles running right! More
