Recall - had to go back because it wasn't done correctly I had a Ford recall on the doors of my truck. I understand this happens and wasn't upset. I scheduled the truck and took the time to drop it off the n I had a Ford recall on the doors of my truck. I understand this happens and wasn't upset. I scheduled the truck and took the time to drop it off the night before. When it was ready, I picked it up for the weekend to use for work. However, the power locks didn't operate after picking up the truck. I had to call on Monday and the person that answered the phone had a pretty cavalier attitude about the whole thing, "They probably just forgot to plug it back in". Yeah, well. I had to take up another night out of my week to drop the truck off; lose another day without it for work; and then take another night out of my day to go pick it back up. Pretty annoyed to say the least. Bought the truck from Gilboy. Probably will go back there for future service work. More

Appointment system - coordination of service and parts depts Appointments are not honored - vehicles are taken as they come in the door. I had prearranged a tire replacement between Parts and the Service desks Appointments are not honored - vehicles are taken as they come in the door. I had prearranged a tire replacement between Parts and the Service desks and given a specific appointment at 9 on Thursday. There was no record of my appointment nor of my specific request for tires - which had been verified by Parts that they were in stock. I had to give the service desk my notes since there was no written service order awaiting me. I had also wanted an oil change which I had requested on the phone during this appointment - that I had to specifically request again at my arrival. Employees did their jobs - but there appears to be a lack of coordination within the dealership that would behoove management to solve/address since most dealerships value service as a major profit center. Maybe I don't understand how the Quick Lane concept works - but other dealerships handle this part of their business differently. Sadly, in my previous visits for service I found that not having an appointment got me out the door more quickly. More

Service Took my car in for an oil change, inspection, and emissions and the technician who took it for a “drive” was in an accident. An accident totaling 8,20 Took my car in for an oil change, inspection, and emissions and the technician who took it for a “drive” was in an accident. An accident totaling 8,200 dollars worth of damage. Nazareth ford took NO responsibility for this and I’m still left with no car. Mind you this was a 2017 Ford Escape with only 25,000 miles, it WAS in great condition. I will never go back here Nor recommend this place to anyone! More
