2019 Expedition Platinum Buying Experience We started by visiting the website on a Sunday and requesting an internet quote on a vehicle. Instantly, I got an auto reply email telling my request was received and we will be contacted next business day. Early Monday morning I got a phone call from Nicole. She answered all my questions and we set an appointment up for the next day. She texted me her number so I could giver her our ETA since we were coming from over 2 hours away. When we arrived, the car was up front and we were greeted and introduced to Tom. He (and Nicole) were very professional. He gave us a complete and thorough demonstration of the vehicle. We took it for a test drive and that's pretty much all it took. Tom was able to give us the deal we wanted and we signed the paperwork. The best part, Tom delivered the Expedition to us over 2 hours away!!! This is our first experience with this dealership and we would definitely deal with them again. GREAT customer service! Oil change etc. on 2016 Fiesta The car "told us" maintenance was needed. In a telephone call I was told that this can be a taken care of in the Quick Lane so I brought the car in. I sat at the Quick Lane waiting area and when the car was ready Neal invited me to settle the bill and, seeing that I walk with a cane brought the car in so I didn't have to walk too far for it.
