Hands down the worst experience to date I found a car on line contacted the dealership was told at 2 pm by Nicole the car was there, so I set up an appointment for 6:30 the same evening, she I found a car on line contacted the dealership was told at 2 pm by Nicole the car was there, so I set up an appointment for 6:30 the same evening, she was supposed to let me know if the car was sold before I went to my appointment no call. I went in for my appointment only to be told the vehicle was "wholesaled" that day!!! Are you kidding me!! Then they wanted to show me a vehicle way out of my price range, like $5,000 above!! I walked out, not before I made sure they knew I was not happy. I will never buy or even entertain the idea of giving these crooks any of my money and you bet your bottom dollar I will tell everyone I know what shifty, underhanded tactics they use to get you in just to try and sell you something you don't want or can afford. I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! More

Great service in very reasonable time 10,000 service was a breeze. Came in, waited for the car, got out in good time, for under $50.00 - unheard of!! No upsell. Awesome. I bought a car from them last summer (2018) that someone who worked there had been driving ar This dealership was 'great' in the sense of dealerships. I bought a car from them last summer (2018) that someone who worked there had been driving around (over 100 miles on it already) which probably should have been my first indicator to 'steer clear' of them. Fast forward almost a year later, I am having an issue with the car. Throttle is sticking- great problem, right? I made an appointment & on the way down to the dealership the issue isn't happening, I call for them to tell me, oh we can't help you there isn't a light on. Cool- so basically you called me a liar and can't look at an issue without a light on?!?! I commute! So when my clutch goes, it's not gonna be covered by warranty right? Or something worse happens? I spent almost $30k on my car, it's important my car works properly and keeps myself, my family and others safe. What is the point of an 80,000 mile warranty when you only start checking over the car at 81,000 miles. Go to a dealership that will be there for you after the car is sold. Whether you're having troubles or not. This isn't the dealership for that. More
