Totally Disappointing My experience at Nazareth Ford was disheartening. I believe we were held hostage for approximately 4 hours and made to buy a vehicle that I like, bu My experience at Nazareth Ford was disheartening. I believe we were held hostage for approximately 4 hours and made to buy a vehicle that I like, but I feel could have gotten a better deal on a vehicle that had a little more in it. I would have liked to have looked at the Red Eco Sport that was on the floor. Maybe gotten SiruisSM Satellite Radio with the new 2019 vehicle that I did purchase. The reason we were looking, was to find a vehicle that my handicapped husband could get into easier. We also asked about the Ford incentive for handicapped people and were ignored. (No. I will look into that for you. NOT). My husband is also a newly handicapped and for being there 4 hours it took its toll. My husband also indicated that he would like to look into his own financing and get back to them and they indicated they were the best and we need not do that. At that time, we again asked for our keys. And ignored. We also, wanted more for our trade and they did not even negotiate with that. (You gave us $3,500 and are selling it for $8,900) What a slap in the face. Because my husband was recently handicapped he could no longer take the pressure and I had to get him out of there and get him something to eat and off his leg. So REGRETFULLY we signed the papers. Also, never informed about the NO COOLING OFF PERIOD. That’s why the didn’t want us to wait until the next day. We asked for our keys several times and wanted to think about the purchase and come back the next day. We were ignored. We were pressured into purchasing a package on top of what we had. We had a bottom line of $16,000 plus and next thing I know it we were paying $20,000 plus. We asked for 72 payments and ended up with 75. I asked about a spare tire and was never informed that THERE WAS NONE. A bottle of liquid and a funnel. REALLY. Don’t get me wrong, it is a nice vehicle, but I could have had a 2018 Titanium for the same price at KOCHs. Regretful Purchasers William Shiner and Ellen Shiner More

About 4 years ago I dropped a gift card (with no expiry date) in the slot by the parking brake. I was unable to retrieve it and just forgot about it. After service to my car this week, the gift card was in my cupholder!! I would highly recommend this dealership for the reasons mentioned above. The entire staff is friendly and works well together as a team. They communicate progress on your service and have the car ready when promised. I have bought a few cars from them and will continue to do so. More
