Chris Hardy in Service Department is exceptional Who really likes spending money on repairs or being without their car while it's being serviced? Chris Hardy takes the time to explain what needs to be fixed in my car and then is even patient enough to re-explain it to my husband. He's patient and professional. Jim was wonderful, taking the time to listen to my car on a drive to find what was wrong. Joe was nice and helpful. The woman at the front desk on weekends is so nice. The courtesy shuttle is a nice service with nice drivers. My husband and I've been coming here for years now, not everytime is fun when something is wrong but Chris explains and helps make everything work out. More

Excellent Service Joseph Bonasera was our Service Manager. We needed our regular scheduled service. After the car was serviced, he took the time to explain everything Joseph Bonasera was our Service Manager. We needed our regular scheduled service. Joe said that when we are ready to do this to call him and he would help us schedule this. I am handicapped and this assistance was very helpful to me. He explained the shuttle service provided by Nazareth Ford. He told us how it works. This service will be very helpful to us. Joseph took the time to help us. He was concerned about us. It has been my experience in the past with other business that they could care less about a persons condition.
