Once you buy your vehicle you are forgotten when later on . I purchased a used 2016 F250 Super Duty come to find out they put the truck on the lot for sale with dry rotted tires and one tire the sidewall was da I purchased a used 2016 F250 Super Duty come to find out they put the truck on the lot for sale with dry rotted tires and one tire the sidewall was damaged. I went back to show them the issue and they told me there is nothing wrong with those tires. I asked the service manager if he would drive that vehicle with his daughter in it and he said yes of course I called him a liar. I spent $30,000 for a truck and they left on bad tires won't do anything about it beware do not purchase vehicles from Nazareth Ford worst experience ever. More

Poor at best Have been waiting over 4 months to get a refund of over $1,500 from a service contract we cancelled. I was assured the “accounting” team double check Have been waiting over 4 months to get a refund of over $1,500 from a service contract we cancelled. I was assured the “accounting” team double checked our check given to us was correct when it was $1000 short. 4 months in and the mistake was found however 3 weeks after that I’m still waiting. This dealer Is not capable of doing simple math and problem solving. Poor customer relations at best. More
