I met Carla Till , and she told me to stay on Nissan headquarters until they agree to fix it. They agreed to help, but there was a mix up on the location of my car. Mrs. Till called and emailed everyday. She kept me updated daily the status of my vehicle. I truly appreciate how much she helped me throughout this experience! More
