After 2 weeks of having car I was called and told that loan was not approved after they sold my trade and wanted me to sign new loan papers at higher intrest rate. Seemed like a bunch of crooks to me. I even have first loan papers that were signed showing that I was approved for first loan. Im pretty sure there doing alot of things at that dealership that are probally illegal. More

I just tried to go in a purchase a Rogue and had a ridiculous offer put out for me and they refused to negotiate at all which seems to be their thing lately. No deals were made and they didn't even try to make me happy. They told me they'd be there if I changed my mind and that I wouldn't get a better deal anywhere else. I drove to Toyota and was treated wonderfully and left with a new Rav4 a few hours later. Nissan doesn't seem to care about repeat business there days. I will be doing all my business with Toyota. More

Purchased a new Alitma from him. Horrible service! Rude and very misleading. I regret the entire thing. We were interest in buying a red Nissan Juke for my daughter. We called this dealership to see if they had a Juke for us to look at. They did, and we made the trip to Lake Charles. Upon arrival, Mr. daughter. We called this dealership to see if they had a Juke for us to look at. They did, and we made the trip to Lake Charles. Upon arrival, Mr. Picornell brought the white Juke for my daughter to test drive. She did this and decided that this was what she wanted, but in red. We went inside to make a deal with the understanding that my daughter wanted a red one. We were in his office for 1-2 hours, he repeatedly talked on his cell phone, and had no intention of getting us what we wanted. He only wanted to sale us the white one that was on the lot. We are normally "Toyota people" and if they don't have what we want, it is ordered for us. This was not offered to us. We even mentioned ordering one, and it was ignored. We left wondering if all Nissan dealerships were like this one. They are not. We went to Gonzales and purchased exactly what we wanted. They had one on the lot, and had another on stand by in case we did not want the one they had. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. More
