They went about and beyond to meet my needs and exceeded my expectations! No where near pushy like most salesman! Awesome experience, and I'm sure I'll be back in a few years! I will def do business with them again as well as refer people there! More

They didn't have my car ready by the date they told me, so when i called the lady told me should would call me back. I had already turned in my rental car so i was relying on them to be on time. The lady called me back 30 minutes later saying my car was ready, really it wasn't ready 30 minutes ago ... I picked up my car all was good i was just excited to get my car back. The next day i noticed a ton of imperfections and sloppy work! I took it back and the lady at the desk talked to me as if i was an idiot and has horrible customer service skills. You could tell she hates her job. The "Supervisor" acted the same way and made me feel like a dumb xxx as well like i should be a car expert, um no that's why i am here! My car looked like my 6 year old glued it back together! Now 2 weeks later i realized they replaced my head light with the wrong light!! Now i have been driving around with 2 completely different head lights!! Their staff is rude, they don't answer the phone and they definatley do not care about the customer just want that check from the insurance and will not do anything more than what they cover. To xxxx they wont! They will fix my head light or put the same one on the other side! I will never bring my money here and for sure will not recommend this place to my worst enemy! More

We test drove a vehicle, thought about it over the weekend, and called on Monday to see if it was still available, and if the quoted price was still being offered. After, being told yes and yes, we started off for our hour drive to go purchase the vehicle with our Pre-Approved Certificate from our credit union, which we informed Adrienne and Douglas about. After, twenty minutes into our drive, Adrienne called to inform me that the vehicle had been sold that morning. As of today, the vehicle is still showing up in their inventory as available. I would not recommend this dealership unless you want to be misled and taken advantage of. Thank goodness we didn't go through with a deal with them. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM LAKE CHARLES NISSAN AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!! More

They used a trade in I never owned or knew anything about on financing docs. Of course I didn't know initially because I was only given 1 pink piece of paper and 2 keys to the vehicle a month and a half of digging o got the 2016 bought back on 8/25 but then the following day I'm fired for occurrences. I've lost the job I loved so dearly, my confidence, independence, credit score went from a 700(before 1st Altima purchased 12/26/14) to a now 523. I'm disgusted, distraught and distrusting in not only the dealership but the Nissan brand and to make matters worse since losing my job and being on unemployment I chose to pay for the roof over my head instead of the faulty mechanism and the 2013 Altima was repossed on 1/7/17 More

The service advisers push the customers off to the next one and none wants to make sure that it gets fixed. i have even showed Carla what my seat belt had been doing and she seen it not want to buckle, but because the technician couldn't repeat the seat belt issues it cant be replaced. first and last Nissan from this place!! As a grandmother I wanted to buy my youngest grandson a car. Should have been an easy sale - car advertised for 11,995 with $1000 rebate is 10995 plus taxes - I wanted to pay cash but they insisted I would not get the rebate so I agreed to finance since the rate wasn't bad. I thought I put HALF DOWN $6,000 but now I called to find my balance after financing is $12,309 HOW DOES THAT MATH WORK?? I have called everyone and no one will call me back - I have no paperwork at all telling the price or payment -- Only thing I see is an odometer statement, registration and proof of insurance -- no contract and no buyers order at all -- i called for 2 days and NO ONE will return a call -- I have talked to the "owner" Mr Scully and he promised the finance guy Mr Pete would call me back in 45 minutes which was lie! The receptionist tells me he is there and not with customers but won't call me back or pick up the phone. What a bunch of crooks! All because I wanted to support local. I think I may call the news, newspaper and start a Facebook page that they are thieving lying car salesman who take advantage of grandmothers. More

Carl Pete made the deal sound good verbally but everything that came out of his big mouth was a lie. He managed to slip in money amounts and I overpaid. When I realized what he did, I went back to speak to him. He did repeat his verbal deal but when I showed him that the numbers didn't match, he seemed to get annoyed with me and went to get John May. Carl Pete knew that I had figured out what he did and he was angry. They tag teamed me, playing good cop, bad cop.. but after about 10 minutes John May said "I don't know what you're complaining about, no matter what Mr. Pete told you, you got a good deal and that will be all for the day". They basically told me to get out. Carl and John May both stood at the door and watched me leave. By the time I got into my new vehicle, I could see them sitting on their golf cart starring me down. I felt so intimidated. I sent a certified letter to John Stelly telling him what happened and to please call me. That coward never did. I reported these poor excuses for men to Nissan Corporate and the Office of Vehicle Commission. Unfortunately, they could not help me. I have definitely learned from this big mistake and will never step foot on their premises again. I couldn't wait to take off their advertising sticker from my vehicle. What a nightmare! I have since let go of the fact that I was swindled out of $2000. It was eating me up inside how people could do that to others. I hope they get what they deserve! John May, Carl Pete, and John Stelly are cowardly cheaters and liars who take advantage of people, especially single women. Laura More

Part of Mr. Giles sales pitch was that he would do two years of all change tire rotation and maintenance. Today I go in to have my wife's old changed again the mileage yes it's high 17,606 miles. I was informed that my services ran out at 14,000 miles. Wow who drive 7000 miles in a year!? I should've known that a car salesman was going to lie to me. Be forewarned if you buy a car from Lake Charles Nissan you're going to get screwed. More
