Made a complaint against car rental. I previously wrote a review on September 15th warning smoker about how the car rental department keep half of our deposit deposit for smoking in the I previously wrote a review on September 15th warning smoker about how the car rental department keep half of our deposit deposit for smoking in the vehicle even though we didn't smoke in it. Well today I went there to make a complaint about that situation and to get back the money from the 2 days of rental we were suppose to have refunded. I happened to talk to the owner John Stelly and explain everything that happened. Well thanks to Mr Stelly, who I had a pleasure of meeting, and managers Jason Benoit and Jonh Trahan, I left there today with everything that was suppose to be refunded to me, to include the half of our deposit that was kept. I will not change the review on the car rental department, but I am very pleased with the owner John Stelly and managers. Thank you. Still undecided about using there body shop to have my damaged vehicle fixed. More
