Oil change and tire rotation I arrived at 8:15 with only 5 others before me also with oil changes. At least 7-8 others arrived after me and left before me. In the meantime my vehicle sat in the waiting bay (where you drive up) for at least 30 minutes that I notice while other vehicles where being brought in. No one came to give me and presented an explanation as to why it was taking so long. I’ve been coming for almost a year and it has never taken that long. My vehicle was finally finished at 9:45. As for the service to my car I’m very pleased. As to my wait I’d give no stars if possible. I’d actually still like an explanation. More
