Disappointed I have a flapping noise under my car. They told me last visit that they fixed so I leave and it’s still there. So I go back and they have a technicia I have a flapping noise under my car. They told me last visit that they fixed so I leave and it’s still there. So I go back and they have a technician look at it. They obviously couldn’t find it which is find but instead of saying we can’t find it. She come in and tells me it the aftermarket pad you put on the car. I said I haven’t put anything on that car but tires. She said that’s what they said. Again I tell her nothing has been put on that car except tires. Then she comes back and said oh he means it’s the weather tech mat I have in the back of my car. I said no it’s not cause it’s on the inside of my car and does not move. All they had to say was we can’t find the cause. Don’t try to say it’s something else. I put weather tech floor mats and a mat that is made for the Nissan rouge in my car. So they tried to say it was that. NO it’s not. The technician was very nice and went for a ride with me but being that the road was so rough we couldn’t hear the flapping. But he was at least nice enough to go. But to say it was something that wasn’t even Mae a noise just to take the blame off Nissan, made me mad. Anyway... I will live with the noise but don’t name it on something aftermarket. More

Nissan of LC Service always tries to save you money My usual Service Advisor, Stewart, was out on vacation. But Jessica did a great job of helping me in his absence. There were apparently some problems My usual Service Advisor, Stewart, was out on vacation. But Jessica did a great job of helping me in his absence. There were apparently some problems with the Service Center's computer system, but in the end, my Xterra's problem was diagnosed and the "fix" was found to be under warranty. A relatively expensive repair, but Nissan of Lake Charles is honoring the warranty and has ordered the parts. Thanks Jessica. Thanks Nissan of Lake Charles. More
