Excellent customer service. Javier and Mauricio, they were very helpful all the time. As it was my first time buying a car, they understand my concerns about the process and Javier and Mauricio, they were very helpful all the time. As it was my first time buying a car, they understand my concerns about the process and they answered all my questions. They were open to trying different communication channels (call, text, and email), based on my convenience. Javier showed an extra effort to communicate with me in my mother's though (Spanish), even if that was difficult for him. He did it very well. Micke was very clear at the moment to sign up the contract. All the explanations and details of the contract were explained simply, creating a confident environment. Javier was the sales person who helped me and he went above and beyond for getting me all the necessary info I requested before pulling the trigger. He was courteous enough to drop and pick me up from my bank that was 6mins away. Will definitely do business with them again! More

After having purchases the truck a few months ago I had found a bunch of things they didn’t disclose. Rear windows did not roll down, rear interior doors also wouldn’t open from inside. Rear doors were als found a bunch of things they didn’t disclose. Rear windows did not roll down, rear interior doors also wouldn’t open from inside. Rear doors were also missing lock rods. Found out rear marker lights were from autozone and GLUED onto the paint and not even wired up. Headlights and tail lights had holes drilled into them inside. Claimed they replaced TPMS sensors and light would go away after driving but ended up going to dealer and found out they put in aftermarket sensors that were not compatible with truck. Took them over 3 months before I got my plates and registration and they had sent multiple temp tags because they were having issues. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle here make sure to THOROUGHLY inspect because they won’t disclose. Things I could have caught but I think it’s safe to assume if you’re spending 30k on a vehicle from a dealer that the headlights should be free of holes and your rear doors should work from the inside and that your TPMS will work properly as told. We found the car we wanted and did little to negotiate. We were given one key for the car. We returned to make the final payment and asked for a second key, Mike aggressively stated "I am not buying a seco We were given one key for the car. Despite there being plenty of profit in this deal. we now have to buy a second key fob from the dealership as the 2017 Rogue will not accept after market key fobs. Don't appreciate the lack of assistance after the sale. Just after your money. Thanks to Jorge for giving us Julio's number because he told us an after market key fob would have ruined the car and cost us $2000 to repair. More
