Love my car! Kudos to National City Auto Center! We were so pleased with our transaction today. We worked with Rene Lopez, he is the greatest. No pressure, just Kudos to National City Auto Center! We were so pleased with our transaction today. We worked with Rene Lopez, he is the greatest. No pressure, just politeness and willingness to answer any questions we had about the car. His knowledge of the Cadillac SRX was impressive. We already knew that we had this particular vehicle in mind and our goal was to learn more about it, which we did thanks to Rene. We took the car for a test drive. Upon returning to the office, papers started being drawn up to make the purchase. Rene clued us in as to what the procedure would be. Mauricio in the finance department was very courteous and thorough as was Mike who put the finishing touches on the package. From the time we walked on the lot to the time we left was two hours, that's how efficient the process was. We highly recommend this dealership.
