Amazing customer service and inventory I came to national city auto center to purchase my SECOND car with them, i been so happy with the first car i got with them i had to go back and get m I came to national city auto center to purchase my SECOND car with them, i been so happy with the first car i got with them i had to go back and get my second car with them. I like that they have so many cars to choose from. Sonlong story short i needed a bigger car for the family, met with julie and she was excelent with the help and all the questions i had so she made it way easier to choose the right car for me after testing a few fell i love with a buick enclave awesome car! Met with mauricio and mike sadrai and they found me the best loan and best package and the best part of all they were efficient amd fast with the paper work. Rusted and broken loose emergent brake pads after purchasing I had to take the truck I purchased to a dealer and have the rotors replaced the emergency pads were broken and rusted when I god home I heard a bad I had to take the truck I purchased to a dealer and have the rotors replaced the emergency pads were broken and rusted when I god home I heard a bad metal to metal noise . I couldn’t take them to them because it was to dangerous to drive back. Then the service light came on and had to take care of that problem. These guys didn’t inspect the truck as they said . I have pictures and proof of what I paid . They are aware of the situation let’s see what they do. More
