RIP OFF and LIARS! Update on review for National City Auto Center, My $10,200 out the door, all fees and taxes included car, that I negotiated came out to be $16,000, (a Update on review for National City Auto Center, My $10,200 out the door, all fees and taxes included car, that I negotiated came out to be $16,000, (after finance charges it will be $27,000!!!), for a used 2012 Mazda 3 RIP OFF! It's Sept. 27, and it's been 3 months since I've been trying to get the Superior warranty and GAP insurance off my car loan. I never asked for these additional products. In fact I told them repeatedly I didn't need it. They said it would take two weeks to two months max. to get a $3000+ refund back on my car loan. I handed the cancellation papers to Mauricio Manager at National Auto Center. Superior and GAP said they still never received them!!! These people are thieves, Don't Trust Them! They'll Never call you back. Superior warranty covers NOTHING! It's a $200 deductible each time you try to use it. This place is more trouble than it's worth. If you want to spend hours on the phone during your days off work calling National City Auto Center, Wells Fargo Bank, Superior warranty co. and GAP insurance, writing, sending, faxing and emailing documents just to cancel something you never wanted and still Nothing get done, buy a car from these A'holes and be a dumb xxxx like me. I should have bought my car from AAA or Costco, or ANYBODY ELSE. Dear God I regret it. I F'king hate that car now, I'm soured to the whole slimy, dirty experience. More

The following day Mike helped me in choosing a car to fit my likes and needs. Mike showcased a very authentic personality. He was very personable and relatable as he was attentive with my mom as well (some dealers completely ignore the guests). In the following days Abdul was very helpful and covered some costs on the car. A genuine care for his job, which is riveting as most people just care about the 'sale.' Essentially, the succession of events here ended up with a very satisfied customer. More
