"I touched base just to humor the idea of selling at invoice and there's not a chance I'll be the place to do that. Several people legit burst into laughter upon asking the question. People are buying at MSRP and we're not willing to do less than what it's worth. Sorry my friend. If you decide you're need for a yukon outweighs waiting for someone to sell for several thousand cheaper than everyone else, please feel free to reach out to me while I've still got the inventory. Avoid this dealership at all costs and especially avoid the sales manager Christopher Keen. He’s the shadiest one of the group. I drove 600 miles to buy a 2014 Sierra 1500 awhile back. I went to get license plates and I was looking over the bill of sale and it looks like I was charged $300 to etch the glass on the truck. The salesman didn’t mention that when I asked for a breakdown of the total amount financed. That's pretty expensive for something I could have done with a $20 kit off Amazon even though I don't see the benefits of it at all and was never asked whether I wanted it or not. On top of the $550 doc fee it looks like all but $150 of my $1000 down payment went to a bunch of nonsense. Especially considering the copies of the documents the flash drive I was given aren’t even legible. After looking at the reviews of the dealership online it seems as though they’re known for shady dealings. The truck was filthy after I waited an hour for the detail guy to “clean it up” which conveniently masked all of the dents, dings and scratches. On top of that the driver side headlight was full of moisture but I had to get home so I didn’t even bother trying trying to get them to repair or replace it at that time. That was a mistake. I’ve given them the chance to make it right but they insist that I bring the truck back (600 miles) so they can detail it again. Like that’s the thing I’m worried about. More
Don’t deserve a positive star! If you buy a vehicle from this dealer be very leery of every thing they say. . Read, read, read your contract very carefully for things they sneak in. We loved the smooth process and especially the transparency. Everyone was very friendly and they worked with us with our indecisiveness. Buying a car is always a long process but they were very thorough Lyman spent a significant amount of time teaching us how to use all the features on our new vehicle and went into detail of each one. We couldn't be happier with our decision or the service we received!! I am sure their other salespeople are great but go find Lyman if you want white glove service. More

I was looking for a specific vehicle that I knew went fast, so I bit. I at least should have said the 4 most important words when buying used cars, "show me the carfax". Being a "reputable" GMC dealer I figured they would have told me what I needed to know. They didn't. Had I had a look at the carfax I would have walked. Never saw it. They never mentioned it. I was stuck with a car that seemed like a good deal but found it had been in an undisclosed accident and was worth half of a similarly untarnished vehicle. Got rid of the vehicle at a major loss before it became impossible to do so. Would not recommend these guys to anyone. Go to a dealer that can afford proper building signage and lobby furnishings. More
Easy to work with I found the sales and finance people at Auto-Farm in American Fork very easy to work with. Star, my sales person, was wonderful. Star advocated for me and was very knowledgeable about the LaCrosse features. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE. There was no second salesman, Star was my only contact.. I found the car I wanted, made my offer and it was accepted. The pricing was very fair. I drove away a very happy customer. I will buy my next car at this dealership. More
