There is literally zero chance I would ever tell anyone to go here for a car. The best part is this: The truck I bought from them is still on the website. They don't tell you the transmission on it is co to go here for a car. The best part is this: The truck I bought from them is still on the website. They don't tell you the transmission on it is completely ruined. I thought it was odd when I test drove it, and didn't want to buy it. To ease my mind, and make the deal, they offered me a 2yr power train warranty. I figured that would cover any concerns. 250 miles later the entire transmission failed. Called the warranty company, and they denied the claim because of the lift that National Buick GMC put on it! Then the dealership refused to help me at all. $9300 dollars later, out of my pocket, I have a driveable vehicle. Literally 25% of what I paid for it in repairs. 250 miles later. I've never been more screwed in my life. I've tried and tried and tried to talk with them. Not willing to help with xxxx. This will not be the last they hear from me. DO NOT EVER GO THERE. More

First wrote down the wrong Vin. They drove all the way back. Two weeks later. His other loan was taken care of but all of a sudden he got a phone call from the finance lady saying you owe 175.00 you pay it or will send you to collections. Now Do you consider that good customer service? Do you agree something is fishy? Please Read all your paperwork before leaving there lot. Not Very Professional. More
I bought a car on 9/23/23. They gave me my key with the stock tag that showed it was 1 of 2 keys. The salesman gave me an envelope with what was supposed to be the spare key. I They gave me my key with the stock tag that showed it was 1 of 2 keys. The salesman gave me an envelope with what was supposed to be the spare key. I didn’t look at the spare until I got home and found that it was a key to a completely different make and model vehicle. I called and let them know and said I would bring it back the following Monday and swap it for the spare that belongs to my car. Fast forward, after an entire week of no one being able to find a spare for my car and they say it looks like the stock information was entered wrong and that there probably isn’t a spare there. I went in today (10/4/2023), spoke with another salesman who said he was familiar with the situation and a “manager” who proceeded to tell me that they would pay $300 of $425 to help with getting a spare. My question is, why should I have to pay for it when the tag you gave me clearly says 1 of 2 and I’m not the one who wrote up the tag giving wrong information? Also, the salesman who was clearly taking this personally, said “what if you hadn’t gotten the stock tag? How would you have known about an extra key? I have taken the tag off before and not given it to the buyer.” Ok sir, that is some shady xxxx, do you always attempt to take advantage of your customers when you guys are clearly in the wrong? EVERY TIME I have bought a car it’s pretty much standard practice that the tag goes with the buyer. My takeaway from my experience is once you sign the papers, they got what they wanted and you don’t matter as soon as it’s done. That they DO NOT take responsibility for mistakes made by their people, and they have horrible communication when asked to get back in contact with someone. More
Worst Vehicle Buying experience I've ever had and it keeps getting worse. Lied about nearly everything. Tried to bait and switch on price, didn't disclose a Canadian origin, put wrong mileage on exten keeps getting worse. Lied about nearly everything. Tried to bait and switch on price, didn't disclose a Canadian origin, put wrong mileage on extended warranty cheating me out of several thousand miles of warranty, Vehicle was supposed to be ready to go. Gave 24 hours notice I was coming to test drive and pick up. Was filthy, Over due for oil change and not even enough fuel to test drive. I regret buying this Vehicle. Avoid Mike C at all costs. if you are unfortunate enough to try to buy from them. More
Bought a truck from these guys and after 2 years of paying on the vehicle found out that it is a stolen vehicle and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do about it so now my truck is getting paying on the vehicle found out that it is a stolen vehicle and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do about it so now my truck is getting impounded and I have an outstanding loan on something that I don’t even have anymore. Extremely disappointed in this dealership and how they are handling the matter! More
National knowingly put me and My significant other who is pregnant btw in jeopardy. They failed to see that all four sides of the trucks rotors are not being contacted at the edges. The truck still stops how pregnant btw in jeopardy. They failed to see that all four sides of the trucks rotors are not being contacted at the edges. The truck still stops however the contact patch does show signs of degrading quickly. This is only the beginning of the story for them they knowinly sparyed off the truck before I looked underneath it so I saw no active leaks underneath the truck. The first day of ownership was the most fun though finding out about all the issues. I had a GM technican (which their techs are not) and had told me all the problems which include 4WD not working because of an actutuaor, leaky transmission lines (which I had replaced 3rd day of ownership) front and rear diff RTV and gaskets (also replaced 3rd day of ownership) leaky front drive shaft pinion seal (also replaced on the 3rd day of ownership) all four rotors are needing to be replaced, as well as a leak from the engine side :). All in all what I'm tryna say is even if you are a automotive tech they will find ways to screw you over and not do anything about it. More

That day I agreed on a final price on the Yukon - including a trade value on my current car. I put $2000 down based on these numbers only after they promised that was the final negotiation and the Yukon would arrive in 1-2 months. It took 5 months to arrive!!! When the Yukon finally arrived, they refused to honor the deal as we had previously agreed on. I went round and round with the GM - Curt. Curt lied about the original agreement and even tried to change the original paperwork. They refused to honor their end of the deal and tried to renegotiate after the car arrived. I would of never put money down on a deal if it wasn't final. National GMC lied and went as far as changing the paperwork at the ninth hour. They are completely dishonest and I would never do business with them. More
