After I found truck I liked on lot I was met by Micheal's took me on the worst vehicle bying experience ever, I started with a 680 fico now I have a 610 because they hit my credit so many times ,now the truc took me on the worst vehicle bying experience ever, I started with a 680 fico now I have a 610 because they hit my credit so many times ,now the truck quality was good except the had another detail rv shop remove headlights and paint inside reflectors to match body color and reinstalled so when you go to car wash they fill up with water and head lights burned out! So I would also get your own financing being they sold me a 4500 warranty on top of the factory 5yr warranty for no other reason than pure greed and profit motive which is worthless !! Run don't walk from here! More
DO NOT GO HERE! !! We just bought this truck over the phone from CO. Saw that they had the TPMS sensor going off in the pictures. Asked them to fix it. When we got t !! We just bought this truck over the phone from CO. Saw that they had the TPMS sensor going off in the pictures. Asked them to fix it. When we got there it wasn't done. So we asked them to get us a 7 day warranty where they will cover it when we got home. when we got home, and went to a place to look at it, they ghosted us. We paid 150$ to get it looked at and no results. Its still a bad sensor and all they sent us is a google screenshot of how to do it ourselves instead of covering the repair using AI. They have horrible customer service. Mike treated us like trash when we got there.Threw a pen at me for asking about the warranty. Spencer helped us over the phone and then ghosted us when we needed help with the sensor. Always saying he'll speak to the GM to get this covered. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Hidden problems in the vehicle. Do not buy from this dealership. Bullied into a 24% interest rate and told this was my only option. Told them i wanted to leave three times but bullied to stay. Spencer told me he wo Bullied into a 24% interest rate and told this was my only option. Told them i wanted to leave three times but bullied to stay. Spencer told me he would get me a great deal and doubled the interest rate my credit union was able to get. I don't even have possession of the vehicle never have they just took the down payment and ran. This is a predatory dealership that in addition to an outrages rate added double the fees into the loan. Reporting to any agency I can they need to be stopped. More
Very shady DO NOT buy their extended warranty. No integrity whatsoever. I bought a new GMC Yukon from National in 2020 and was deceptively sold an extended warranty. The insurance salesperson told me explicitly that the $2,995 warranty was "bumper-to-bumper" and that it "covers anything that breaks outside of brake pads, battery, tires, and windshield wipers". In 2023 the heater stopped working in the rear of the car. I took the car in to National's service center and was told the heater core needed to be replaced. I assumed my warranty would cover something like this based on what the salesman had said, but I was told that it didn't. After leaving several voicemails for the manager of National's Finance department (Josh Wilde) that were never returned, I ultimately had to show up at the dealership in person to be able to talk to him. He told me that the salesman had "accidentally" checked the wrong box on their warranty contract form and had mistakenly enrolled me in a limited warranty that didn't cover the repair. I explained what I had been told at the time of sale and that I felt deceived. Josh assured me he would talk to the third-party warranty company and get my policy converted to the correct "bumper-to-bumper" policy. He said the mistake was a "training issue" with his salesman that he was aware of. A couple weeks later I was able to get Josh on the phone after again leaving voicemails that went unreturned. Josh told me that the warranty had been successfully switched to the comprehensive "bumper-to-bumper" policy. I returned to National's service department assuming that the heater core repair would be covered now that the correct warranty policy was in effect. National's service department said the claim was rejected again and refused to do the repair, telling me that the heater core had failed due to wear and was not covered. I feel like this was a blatant bait-and-switch selling me an expensive "bumper-to-bumper" policy and stating repeatedly that everything except a few specific wear items are covered then refusing a common repair. I asked Josh to email me the new comprehensive warranty policy contract that he had supposedly had the third-party warranty company reissue. He never sent me the updated contract. I was suspicious and decided to call the third-party warranty company's claim service office (First Extended Service Corp. of Chicago) directly to verify that my warranty had in fact been switched to the comprehensive "bumper-to-bumper" policy. Shockingly the woman I spoke with at First Extended Service Corp. told me that my warranty had NOT been modified as Josh claimed. After posting this review initially, Josh contacted me claiming that he did in fact change the warranty to the comprehensive "bumper-to-bumper" policy and that First Extended Service Corp. were mistaken when they told me the policy hadn't been upgraded a few months prior. I can't verify if it occurred when Josh claims , but I called First Extended Service Corp. today and the policy is now correct. I asked Josh to give me a refund of the $2,995 because the product was fundamentally misrepresented when they sold it to me. He tried to get me to fill out a form to cancel the policy with the third-party warranty company (portfolioco.com) without mentioning that doing this was not a "refund" at all but simply a cancellation and any amount would be prorated and net of a $50 cancellation fee. In this case I would only get back ~$780. Josh, in an email, stated that the salesman who sold us the warranty "no longer works here possibly for the reasons such as yours. I'm sorry if he misrepresented the product". Don't do business with National More

There is literally zero chance I would ever tell anyone to go here for a car. The best part is this: The truck I bought from them is still on the website. They don't tell you the transmission on it is co to go here for a car. The best part is this: The truck I bought from them is still on the website. They don't tell you the transmission on it is completely ruined. I thought it was odd when I test drove it, and didn't want to buy it. To ease my mind, and make the deal, they offered me a 2yr power train warranty. I figured that would cover any concerns. 250 miles later the entire transmission failed. Called the warranty company, and they denied the claim because of the lift that National Buick GMC put on it! Then the dealership refused to help me at all. $9300 dollars later, out of my pocket, I have a driveable vehicle. Literally 25% of what I paid for it in repairs. 250 miles later. I've never been more screwed in my life. I've tried and tried and tried to talk with them. Not willing to help with xxxx. This will not be the last they hear from me. DO NOT EVER GO THERE. More
